Personal information submitted through this Site including Registration Information is not accessible online by any third parties, with the following exception: information which has been approved for online access or public viewing by members providing the information at the time of registration, for example information on the Member Firms’ Profile page or information in the Lawyers’ Directory or as may be specified.
SILF collects your information in order to record, support and facilitate your participation in the activities you select and to prevent fraud and unlawful use. If you subscribe to or register for Services offered, for example, if you register for a webinar, information is collected to qualify the entry and to contact you regarding the webinar.

SILF is not responsible for any information that you may disclose or share with other users when posting comments on the Site and which may be may be read, collected or used by anyone else who visits the Site or by third parties for any purpose, including sending you unsolicited messages.
